Employees sometimes feel understaffed, especially in the evening hours, and may not know where items are. Some customers say the staff is helpful, knowledgeable about Kobalt yard equipment, polite, kind and patient. Many shoppers come to get materials for remodeling work. Lowe’s is a reliable source for home improvement supplies.
