good place just make sure to call ahead if you have a pet because they do not honor ESA letters even if you paid a private doctor or received it from the VA hospital. Pet rooms fill up quickly.
Noteworthy details: this place has an ocean front view that's unbeatable compared to other hotels in the area.

Spacious and clean, I was comfortable at MACDILL INN (Air force base)but rooms need to be updated. Great location nice view of the water.

Decent rooms, great staff. Better than off base options, and definitely cleaner and closer to everything. Friendly hotel bar and a nice travel shop.
