MacDill AFB Inns is a good and decent place with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, though some note the rooms are very tiny and need to be updated. The staff provides great, friendly, and wonderful service. It is considered one of the nicest AFB Inns, with a great location inside the military base offering safety and an unbeatable ocean front water view. Amenities include a hotel bar and lounge, a travel shop, a snack area, and a Starbucks on site. It is better, cleaner, and closer to everything than off-base options. Those with pets must call ahead as pet rooms fill quickly.
Rooms are well maintained. Elevators were out of inspection date when i was there.

good place just make sure to call ahead if you have a pet because they do not honor ESA letters even if you paid a private doctor or received it from the VA hospital. Pet rooms fill up quickly.
Noteworthy details: this place has an ocean front view that's unbeatable compared to other hotels in the area.
