I usually end up being the person who helps figure out what we need, so I wanted to get the shopping done early and avoid scrambling at the last minute. There's always a little debate in our family about what to prepare, but everyone can usually agree that a barbecue is a good excuse to spend time together. I like having the ingredients ready ahead of time so I can actually enjoy the gathering instead of worrying about errands on the day itself. I'll keep this shop in mind for future cookouts and family meals.”

“This business is located amongst warehouses, and shopping here is not your normal meat market experience, but rest assured, you be getting quality product. They basically are a high end wholesale meat distributor that also sells to the public, so you don't go inside and shop around. You go on their website and place your order, and pick it up the following day, between 6am and 3pm. I usually purchase Duroc pork butt and Duroc pork belly, a breed around for a couple hundred years with high quality reddish meat, not pale. They have beef, poultry, seafood, cheese, and various other products as well. Check out what they have on their website.”
