I have been with Metro PCs since 2004 I believe and have upgraded my phone almost yearly. I usually buy the phone and bring into a location to activate on my account. Metro usually charges $32 or around that to transfer my active number. .THIS TIME AROUND, there is a new manager at this location and he LIED to me and charged $49+....I PAID, left and called 6 other stores and each store said they charge around $30-$35 for same service...I paid $49-what a shame?

This review is for the special needs community. Don't apply for work in any of the Metro locations owned by Celltouch.My best friend who is Autistic was humiliated and degraded by the district manager (Mohammed Khalid). I'm a current customer of Metro PCS for many years. I sure hope Metro sees this review and takes it in to consideration and stops owners like Celltouch from giving MetroPCS a bad reputation.

Kids work there and don't know how to fix things. Had to call the manager. TMobile has high standards but this store had no standards. Needs better people working there.

As a business owner here in the Tampa Bay area I highly recommend this location because of the professional staff the courteous customer service and very helpful and intelligent employees they are second to none. The best cell phone service provider and customer service in the field I ever came into contact with.
