After 30 years with USAA, they are just getting too big and too impersonal. We switched to Navy Federal and are getting the same amount of service, but a little more trustworthy and individually capable. It's much easier to find a Navy Federal brick and mortar facility and that comes in handy quite often.

My father's account was compromised by his wife. We went to this branch and were taken care of by Myja. She was amazing. It was a long hard process with a 91 yo gentleman at her desk, who had a very difficult time getting there a remaining there due to pain. She was very competent, kind, understanding and showed she cared. Took us through everything to be sure we were well informed and understood every aspect of what was going on and gave us many options. She also gave us other ideas to help in general for things to do when someone is scammed. Covered all the bases. It was a hard process but she made it seem like it was it was no problem. My father felt safe and assured after we were finished, as did I. This Credit Union is fantastic. Everyone was so very kind. Thank you!

When I deployed Navy Fed locked my out of my account and disable their app. Zero customer service, zero way to contact them. For being an organization that bills itself as catering to members of the Armed Services, I have to say they have proven themselves to be frauds. If you are active duty or working for the Federal government in a manner which requires travel I would highly discourage you from doing business with them.

It's like a scavenger hunt looking for Navy Federal Credit Union. I went to Odessa location which is no longer in business. Citrus is only a ATM . Finally I located 1 of 2 locations that you can go into the bank . Hallelujah, TYJ. Was greeted by friendly staff . Bank tellers were quick.

My dealings with Navy Federal Credit Union are hit or miss it seems as it goes from excellent to borderline awful. When in person or on the phone their service is normally either good to excellent. Unfortunately via Messaging they are average to awful! I truly can't decide whether I want to continue to do business with them beyond keeping minimum amounts required to keep accounts open and access to my Visa card with NFCU. Their 5.99% interest rate is tough for others to beat. As for the rest of my business going forward I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere! Every time I have a good experience in person or via phone it is offset by nonsense via secure messaging. Their handling of my account seems to be directly related to the abilities/desires of the person handling my business. I have a check direct deposited at present but seriously thinking of changing that to "used to have a check payment deposited automatically monthly. Time will tell but I believe the SHIP HAS SAILED WITHOUT ME WITH THE NAVY....FCU.

I'm a relatively new customer here but everyone is helpful. Today I made a deposit to my business account after forgetting both my personal and business cards at home. Not only was that not an issue but someone actually pulled me out of the line and handled the deposit. And it wasn't even crowded. That type of service really stands out to me in a big way!

I like this Bank, but I've never received any rewards for all my business. I've been Banking with them for years, and I've never been offered a loan or credit. I also need mortgage and a lawyer. Also today I left my Skully in the Bank, hopefully it's there when I get back. Yesterday night I spent an hour and a half on the phone with at least 3 different people, none of which could help me or solve my dispute.

Great customer service! Front desk was quick, fast, and happy to help us. Very professional. And Katlyn who assisted me with my loan and credit questions was resourceful.

Free checking is cool, however I recently found out that if you use your debit card for purchases outside of the the US you will be charged a 1% international fee. I thought the Navy is an international organization. Humm?

Came in at 9:00a.m. when they first opened up and walked out at 9:03 a.m. Really fast paced, nice employees, and assist you if needed quickly. I didn't take any pics in the bank because I was in a rush, but it's really clean. If I am in town, I will definitely come back to this location.

This is great credit union. My son is in the military and got us in to this credit union. They are great on the phone with any service questions. I have a credit card checking account and a savings account.
