I've lived here 6 years & I agree about the old appliances etc. but I really like living here. The staff is very nice, maintenance timely manner. Right now my only issue is that DARN ROOSTER at 4:00 in the morning!

So far so great!! Patrick G has been one of the best apartment managers I have worked with. He is kind, attentive and very understanding. Everything I have needed help with he has had an answer. The Newport is lucky to have him.

Scheduled a tour on their website for Saturday at 1pm. Show up and find out the office is closed. Apparently the hours they have on the site are different than their actual hours.Not very proffesional.
