“Precizion had a few computer monitors posted on Facebook Marketplace, and Eric told me to stop by to check them out. No cords power with the monitors when I came in, but I bought them on a gamble. Eric told me to call back if the monitors didn’t work. I’ve had the monitors for a couple of months and they rock. I saved hundreds by buying them used here. Highly recommend stopping by if you see a deal posted!”

He was kind and understanding and was able to help me chill out and get what I needed done. I am so grateful for Scott and his kindness. I often use office depot for my large printing jobs and this is why.”
“Started buying my things that I will need for my class to get a early start on it. Looking for bargains. I got a 3 pack usb for $15, a zippered binder for $8, stickies in different sizes for $12 and two reams of copy paper $14.00. A few other stuff. It came in at about $65.00. Not bad. Workers were okay. Store wasn't busy, I think there was another customer but I don't remember.”

Terrible customer service and their sales department definitely lies to you and doesn’t follow through with what’s agreed upon. Our sales person Joe Obando wasn’t true at all in most of everything he told us about fees with the system as well as processing fees. We switched from square to save money with toast as Joe assured us with the rate we would get after month 1 (we started nov 27 so month one was over dec 27) would be interchange plus 10 cents. I even filled out paperwork for it. Well it’s now February and our avg processing fee is 3.15%. We were supposed to save an avg of $750 per month by switching however we are now spending an extra $400 avg per month in fees. Stay away from this company if you switch to toast. Toast the system is great it’s who they hired to do the job that’s terrible.”
