Customer Service is horrible in US right now, but great experience at this location. Seriously, great. Doug was the nicest person. So informative and patient with my questions. Barb/Anita was helpful as well with was in the checkout area. Totally recommend this location.

I have purchased many shelving and use a custom shelf system. ELFA. He says he’s very friendly, and this place is very clean. I am very satisfied and recommend the container store to anyone.

Store is always clean and smells amazing. Friendly staff and rarely have out of stock items. Was easily able to enter location and find items I needed and checkout.
