“This gent!!! Ask him anything! He's a historian of technology and much like my dad, you walk away having received a solution and a bit of knowledge you likely may not have had before you met him! This is a heart and soul repair store. His brain works like a card catalog once he knows what you'd like and will give you 2 to 5 solutions. He's put my granddaughter's laptop brain into the exact make and model because her screen had cracked, while we were present! We brought him some antiques of the computer age and enjoyed what he had as well. He will tell you when what you want is going to cost me than buying a new one. Even listening to him talk People down on the phone is fascinating! We get emotional about our computers, sometimes and he takes that in stride, offering suggestions and his door is always open, no pressure. What a spot too, to the left of him is pizza or wings for lunch and to the right, a UPS store and a dry cleaners! It just doesn't get any better 😉 Thank you, sir for holding solidly to service with a smile, a welcoming work area and yes, he rarely goes in a back room for work. He will sit with you while he works on your stuff and tell you what he's doing ⭐🌟⭐ I can't even get my car fixed like that!”

I had a fantastic experience at Office Depot on two separate occasions when printing a large poster. Both times, I was assisted by different employees, and each provided outstanding service.
They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to double-check the print preview, alignment, margins, and overall layout before finalizing the poster. I really appreciated how carefully they reviewed everything to ensure it printed correctly.
The pricing was very reasonable compared to other places. I had initially considered FedEx for the same job — their customer service was good, but Office Depot offered much more cost-effective options. Going to office depot was huge savings.
What truly stood out was their kindness and professionalism. Even when there were printing errors caused on the customer side, they handled it with understanding and took responsibility without penalizing me. That level of customer care is rare.
I will definitely return to Office Depot for all my future printing needs. Highly recommend!”
