I did Abby’s free yoga class and it was amazing! Very healing and very needed ☺️ It helped me release a lot of tension I had from the week and finally release some pent up stress I was dealing with… strongly recommend!!

Abby is an amazing yoga instructor! We took her 30 minute class on Thursday and it was thorough and helped me stretch out all my aches and pains!
