Prime Body Studios is a small gym that offers personal training, small group fitness classes, and nutrition coaching. The studio focuses on attention to detail, proper form, and education, helping clients improve strength and technique. Trainers are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and inclusive, providing personalized attention to each person and making everyone feel welcome and capable. The studio specializes in barbell workouts, which have helped clients progress in lifting, including deadlifting over 200 lbs. In addition to strength training, Abby, an experienced yoga instructor, offers healing yoga classes that help release tension and stress. Overall, Prime Body Studios provides a supportive community with a focus on individual needs, education, and a variety of workouts designed to improve both physical strength and well-being.
The trainers are SO knowledgeable, the community is fun and honestly refreshing to have someone ask about my day. It was so much more than a workout it was a space to disconnect from work, feel heard and work on my body at the same time!

This gym has such a great atmosphere. Whether it’s a 30‑ or 45‑minute class, the time flies because the environment is so positive and encouraging. I always leave feeling strong and accomplished without feeling overworked or exhausted. It’s the perfect balance.
