“Thomas was an amazing worker! It was my first time ever getting a U-Haul, and he took the time to answer every single question we had without rushing us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly determined to make sure we felt comfortable with the whole process. He even walked us out and showed us our truck, which we really appreciated. I tried to offer him a tip because of how helpful he was, but he kindly refused so writing this review is the least I could do. Excellent customer service and a great experience thanks to Thomas!”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Kendal from Suburban Gas, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly inspect my appliances and explain everything clearly. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, had a great personality, and made the whole experience feel stress-free and seamless. “The people were friendly but not really clear on the process. The attendant told me there was a 1/4 tank of gas but there was less than a 1/4 tank when I left. I drove the vehicle for 15 miles put 2 gal of gas in the vehicle, then was charged a $30 fuel fee plus, a 4 gal surcharge of $18. Buyer beware of "additional fees" that should not have been charged.
Update** Was contacted by the manager for the Citrus Park site and was refunded for the oversight of fuel charges. I updated to 4 stars knowing that was an innocent mistake that was made good.”

“Had a very questionable experience with another U Haul location in St. Pete and eventually made my way to this location on very short notice.Having driven through a typical late afternoon Florida monsoon of a storm for almost an hour and a half I was somewhat hesitant about going in.End of the month and the place was packed with customers who were probably at the end of their own wits yet it felt so much different than any previous visit to U Haul ( especially the St. Pete location that I just visited).Was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was there for and he immediately sent me to the proper line and I was greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic young woman who welcomed me and explained that she was there to help and that she would be doing the installation of my hitch.She took my keys after we signed the paperwork and told me that she would get right on it. I went outside after a few minutes and walked around the lot and sure enough she already had the vehicle up on the lift and was well into the project.While I waited I was greeted by a gentleman who apparently was a manager who was not only polite but very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with the previous location.Less than an hour and I was on my way and had a professional installation completed.KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location. If you want true customer service and satisfaction then make sure you get this location for all your moving needs and more.”

“Well, I don't usually buy gas here as it is the most expensive gas station of all in the area, but they do have a nice food truck which I visited and made good use of the parking. This is one of the places that charges a different rate whether you pay with cash or card. I get why they do that, but it's not for me. Anyhow, it is a clean establishment with, well, adequate parking for my needs.”

“The Gas Doctor ran a 50 foot pipe from the gas meter to a new pool/spa heater, connecting everything together. Service was quick, and the cost very reasonable. Mike (the owner) does the work himself and is very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.”
