QLD AUTO INC

Used Cars
Hours: QLD AUTO INC is a used car dealership. Staff are described as nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Communication is noted as being on point. The car buying process is reported to be good, with staff keeping their word and doing everything in their power to help customers walk out with a car. They are open to questions and provide great customer service, including offering loaner vehicles when necessary and taking care of issues after a sale. However, some customers report significant mechanical problems with their purchased vehicles shortly after buying them. Issues have included immediate tire replacement, engine misfires, oil leaks, and overheating, leading to costly repairs and vehicles being unusable. One customer strongly advises bringing a mechanic to check a vehicle before purchase. While many customers are happy with their cars and deals and highly recommend the place, experiences with vehicle reliability vary.
