The room was out dated but seemed clean. The hotel is under construction, so I would not recommend staying here during that time. The hallways were hot and smelled. The service was not friendly. They also charge high fee for vallet parking and there is no option to self park. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Great stay during the 2025 Tampa Bay Comic Con. Close to the convention center, River Walk (naturally), and than channel area. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but the in house bar was cozy.
