Sam's Club Tire & Battery is a very busy place where the team is very professional and went out of the way to be helpful and went above and beyond. The tire experts use state-of-the-art equipment to mount tires to the manufacturer's specifications and provide members-only perks, like free balance and tire rotation for the life of the tires. The store is piled high with so much to buy, from groceries and protein shakes to holiday decorations, and has a food court. The app makes it easy with scan and go features to bypass lines and order food. However, the location is hard to get in and out of, and the parking lot and fueling area can be hectic, with gas lines often blocked. While some find it not user-friendly, others appreciate the best prices on tires and cheaper items like gas and protein shakes.
In and out within the amount of time they suggested. Install went well. Almost went to a different location because of the negative reviews so giving them some love here.

Arrived on time for 10am appt, told at 12 after being ignored it would be another hour because the “guy didn’t show up on time this morning.” Wish I didn’t buy tires here.
Update: gave them a star back because it was ready within the 3rd hour. I’m not a monster. They do need some work, however.

I only buy protein shakes here since it's a lot cheaper than Publix and Walmart. Today i go lucky, $2.76/gallon for gas FTW!! They also restocked Fairlife protein shakes, they've been out of stock for few months now. And yes, it's chocolate, the best flavor!** taking 1 star for customer service AND parking lot. **
