“I received my 1st order through them and I am updating my original review because I believe good customer service deserves to be acknowledged with the same energy we post issues.
After sharing my concerns regarding the temperature of my medication upon delivery, I received a follow-up from Christy. I truly appreciated the way she handled the conversation. She listened, took my concerns seriously, explained their process, and most importantly, did not dismiss my experience. She also indicated that my feedback would be taken back to leadership and discussed with the appropriate Mochi partners.
My concern has never been that medication must arrive ice cold. I understand the realities of shipping, particularly during the summer months in states like Florida and Georgia. However, when customers are spending more than $200 a month for medication, I do believe there should be a dependable shipping protocol designed to deliver it as prescribed.
Ultimately, this requires collaboration and ownership throughout the shipping process. Rather than focusing on where responsibility begins or ends, I would like to see everyone involved ask: How can we create a better and more consistent experience for the customer?
My follow-up conversation gave me confidence that Emerald is willing to have that discussion with Mochi and look for ways to improve the experience. That willingness to listen, respond, and take customer feedback seriously is important to me.
I am going to try again with Emerald, and based on the customer service I received from Christy, I feel much better about doing so.”

“Prior to traveling to South America I learned that a Yellow Fever vaccine was recommended. After calling 4 pharmacies and the health department I was unable to secure an appointment in a timely manner. I next called Choice Pharmacy and spoke with Veronica who said she could fit me in the following day and quoted me the lowest price I had received so far for the vaccine.
She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained in depth potential side effects and what to do if I experienced any.
