“What a great pharmacy! I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years now. From the beginning the staff has been knowledgeable about my medications and shot records. They are also very accommodating when I need to call them to coordinate between Doctor and pharmacist, whether orders have been received or not, and when medications have been filled or when the actual fill date is. Shout out to the pharmacist Christina (very knowledgeable and explains any medication info that needs to be understood). She can sense when I am not feeling well without we having to say a word. Edward is the BEST! A wonderful pharmacy technician not only is he kind and patient, he can answer any questions regarding how to go about obtaining pharmacy records such as shot or medication lists in the system, but he also is a good resource for product items and accessories such as glucose monitors or blood pressure cuffs. “The store itself and the majority of the employees are absolutely amazing. The variety of products is great. My only complaint would be one of their security guards seem to be prejudice against people who don't look rich. The very first time I took my boyfriend in there he accused my boyfriend of stealing even though he didn't touch a single item in the store. He demanded to search our bags for absolutely no reason. I walked in there with my boyfriend and picked a sub, paid for it and he accused us of stealing for no reason.”

“After visiting my physician at the JAH VA SCI bldg. I needed to fill 2 prescriptions the same day. We then traveled a few minutes down the road to the Outpatient VA Pharmacy. They have plenty of parking available & a drive thru. Upon arrival I checked in at the window and my Rx order was activated so it could be filled. Approximately 30 mins later I received a text message alerting me that my Rx’s were ready for pickup. Pickup inside was extremely easy as well. Very happy with my experience here.”
