“We have enjoyed this past year immensely. The teachers treat our kids (ages 5, 4 & 3) with a tremendous amount of love and attention. The staff and administrators are quick to answer questions and address issues with grace and tact. The teachers seem to enjoy their jobs, as we are always greeted with smiles. Did I mention they provide lunch, snacks and after school pickup? What more can busy parents ask for in a great facility? Playtime Learning Academy is a wonderful choice.”

“My oldest son completed the VPK program with Mrs. Yvonne, and it was a year where I saw him grow positively, he fit in very well with the group. Mrs. Yvonne always provided us with good attention and excellent communication, both in person and through the childcare app. I want to thank Mrs. Surely for giving us the opportunity to enroll our children in childcare with them. They have helped us at the crucial time when we needed to find a childcare center that gave us confidence that our children would be well cared for in a safe environment while we were at work, I knew my kids were going to be safe every day when I dropped them off before work. My oldest son also participated in summer camp. They went on weekly field trips and did fun activities. They were active throughout the day and were provided with quality breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The teachers knew the children's names and greeted them even if they were not assigned to their group. My second son participated in the childcare from two months to two years old. Mrs. Zunilda did an excellent job with the infant group. I am very grateful to her for inspiring my confidence and maintaining a peaceful atmosphere in the classroom. I always saw her giving good attention and care to the babies when they cried. Mrs Kathy did an excellent job as well in the infants group sharing fun videos through the app of my son when he was playing. My son then moved to the one-year-old group when he turned one and adjusted very well to the new group. Mrs. Alieta and Mrs. Yamila maintained excellent group management and control. My children were always happy when they were dismissed at pick up time in the afternoon, in clean conditions and their belongings were neatly organized in their backpacks. I always appreciate the attention; Thank You! You have an excellent and very friendly team.”

My 3.5 yr old and 14 month old have both been attending for several months.Ms Eboni and Ms Aiyana are so great with communication and sending lots of pics throughout the day. My 14 month old lights up when he sees them.Ms Kira and Ms Ashley are wonderful and PATIENT with my 3 yr old who has a lot of new, big feelings. They have been great in helping her and us navigate these new feelings.Special mentions - Ms Caroline, Ms Jadah, Ms Rayvn, Ms Stephanie, Ms Chantel and Mr Devon are all so amazing as well. I’m probably missing some names, but so far everyone has just been so great.”

“I went for a tour today so I can enroll my five year old into VPK and summer camp. Unfortunately, he is a bit too young for summer camp and their availability for VPK was full. We are currently transitioning into public school, so everything is new to us. The staff were very helpful and incredibly considerate with providing the proper information to me. My son has been in advanced homeschooling programs up until now, so it is a new adventure for both of us. While I am saddened that we were not a good fit for O2B Kids South Westshore, we still received excellent attention and assistance regarding our new adventure into public school enrollment. “We have two children enrolled here. We've been apart of the infant, preschool, and prek classrooms. The caring, comforting demeanor of the staff—both classroom and administrative—is what sets Primrose School of Carrollwood apart. I truly appreciate how the classroom staff communicates and keeps us informed (both in person and through the app) of the overall well-being of our children and the learning that takes place throughout the day. The other aspect that I find great value in is the curriculum’s focus upon social emotional learning. I could go on and on! We feel so fortunate to be apart of the Primrose family!”

“Honestly I really like this school and the teachers and my daughter does good here I haven’t really had any issues with her being sick or anything which is really good I’m happy I switched to this school I wish I had started here all along and they have cameras so you can see your kids you don’t have to bring diapers or wipes unless you want to or even milk unless your child is on a special one they don’t have everyone is nice. The director Disney is so sweet. Most of the teachers do speak Spanish tho for people who don’t but your kid learn some so I think it’s a win.”

“Our child has been attending Goddard for over two years, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From daycare to now the pre-k program which offers an excellent curriculum that supports learning and growth. Both Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Dee are incredibly professional, kind, sweet and nurturing. “Pepin Academies of Tampa changed our daughters life. She loves going to school now! She has loving, caring, and attentive teachers & staff who always go above and beyond for their students.It’s one of the most amazing school for children with different learning needs. “I kept my daughter at home for the first two years of her life with a nanny. We toured many daycares. However, the moment we walked into the doors of Storybook, it was an easy decision. It gave us warm and fuzzy feeling. My daughter has been showered with love and affections from the teachers. There isn’t turn over of teachers. She’s learned so much and is talking more. She positively talks about her teachers and friends at home. They’ve helped us with potty training. Meals are provided. I can’t say enough good things about this school. I highly recommend Storybook.”

“Smart Start is a hidden gem for the Westchase area and has been a lifesaver for my family. All three of my kids have been in smart start at some point (afterschool, daycare and summer camp), and I’ve been happy with the experience for all of them. I love that their afterschool program picks up at Deer Park, and my son’s afterschool teacher Ms. Jacque always made sure to help him get his homework done (a massive help) and treated all the kids with love and care. My youngest daughter has been in several classes as she moves into different age groups and each teacher has been great. There’s been very little turnover, but anytime a teacher is leaving they always take care to communicate things and allow time for the kids to transition to the new teacher. A couple of other things:
- they use an app to keep us in the loop and the director sees the messages and chimes in when needed.
- anytime I’ve called someone answers and is able to address my question.
- they offer several extracurricular programs (soccer, dance, Spanish)
- they have an excellent summer camp program which includes lunch and 2-3 field trips a week!
- meals are included! One less thing to think about each morning!
No school is perfect, but smart start has been perfect for us!”

“CLA has been my kids home for over 5 years now. Looking for daycares years ago for my oldest son was stressful until I found this place. Both of my boys have had the pleasure of being in Ms Luz’s class. She is best teacher there could be for 1yr olds! Very kind and loving to the kids. Ms Dymie has been a very patient teacher to my youngest son! He is learning how to potty train so fast! Ms Anna was the best with my oldest son! He learned so much in such a short time especially coming out of covid. Ms Marie is always kind and wonderful to my oldest. In summer camp, he enjoyed being in her class. All of these teachers have made such an impact both of my son’s lives. I love being a part of the CLA family! Thank you Ms Yudy for having such a great environment to come to everyday!”

“By far the best facility when it comes to childcare! The staff here is supportive and caring, allowing the children and parents to feel right at home. This was particularly important because we were nervous about sending our son to preschool. The staff took us with open arms and helped ease our fears. I have always felt that my son is happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. The level of care and concern for children's and their families' well-being is awesome. This preschool has the best, most caring, and loving teachers. Ms. Doris and Ms. Clara (one-year-old class) are phenomenal. I can't say enough how much my family and I are thankful for them and all they do! Their curriculum is awesome and my son learns so much! He looks forward to attending preschool each day. The administration is also top-tier! Ms. D (Director) and Ms. Scarlett are great and attentive. I couldn't imagine my son anywhere else. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars! “I was nervous about putting my son in daycare because he was born at the beginning of the covid pandemic, during which he has been pretty isolated from others and very attached to me. However, touring the place put my mind at ease, since all the children seemed to love their teachers and staff. Now, a few months later, I am still so glad we found this place! My son claps for joy when we enter the parking lot, and he walks right in and goes to his teacher. He loves being at daycare, and I have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for.”

“My daughter joined in March and she LOVES school and her friends so much. She's 3 and running in to the building with so much excitement. It has done wonders for socialization and creating a schedule in her life. She is learning Spanish (she asked me for water the other day in Spanish and it totally took me off guard! “School is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and well trained. The class rooms are clean and have new materials and equipment. The play grounds are in excellent condition. They keep you updated on the app multiple times a day. The school is not cheap but you see where the money goes and it is worth it.”

“We have been with KinderCare for our infant and 2-year-old for 9 months and are super happy with the quality of the programs. All of the teachers in the school know us and our kids, seem to really are about them, and the kids come home super happy every day. I love that we get pictures and videos during the day so we can talk to our toddler about what he learned in school and re-iterate the curriculum for maximum learning. My children both have made friends in the school, and I always look forward to picking up their happy faces and saying hi to all of the teachers each day.”

“This is for all Parents but especially my first timer like myself searching for a safe place for children to learn and grow, Ive made the best choice in choosing to add my son to this school even when i was crunching on time and spots where closing. I was blessed to meet Ms. Mimi, shes so sweet and caring about all the children in the center. She actually takes the time to observe, build relationships with the parents and the children, keeps you updated with everything and she has a heart of Gold. The teachers are absolutely amazing and they take really good care of the children and take the time out to meet every need. The food severed to the children is Tasty and nutritious and the center is very unkept and clean. I am so grateful for the experience with the Wonder kidz academy here on Hanley rd. Unfortunately i had to move from FL and im very sad words cannot express how bad i feel that i had to take my son out but i was truly bless in making the choice to join the family, and i recommend this place to any Parent searching for a 2nd home for their children.
