i had a problem with my order saying delivered at 7pm when it was not delivered at all. but, i gave them a call the next day and carlos was able to give me an accurate ETA.

Originally there was an issue with the delivery of my Zara package. I spoke with Carlos Ortiz in regards to my package. Carlos investigated my service issue and assured me that my package would be delivered that evening. I am thankful for the assistance that Carlos provided to me!
