Thought on line sign up process was easy but never got the answer to my question from AI assistant about having immediate access to the unit. Almost didn't rent there but ended up taking a chance that we would be able to move right in and ended up being able too.

I actually enjoy accessing storage here. I dreaded it at the previous storage. The guy that set me up (Keith) is very helpful, patient and nice. The parking and access (once you have the app) is a breeze. Definitely recommend the south Tampa location.
