The service was excellent. I went in a Saturday morning to the S Manhattan location and got through within 30 mins. The agent was pleasant, helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend.

They're great here. The girls who work the front desk are super nice and helpful. This was my first time renting my own storage unit and they made it easy.
