Horrible customer service.No help whatsoever.Blames automated systems for their own incompetence.I would NOT recommend using this bank.

Hopefully still working out the bugs from merging SunTrust and BBT. Large branch that seems nice. Employees need better training.

I did not even want to give 1 star but it is the only way to write a review. This office has gone down hill from the previous staff. Evevyone there is rude and has no idea what they are doing. The branch manager Cecy cant even speak english. She has run off the staff and now the customers. Glad I closed my account terrible... read full comment
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
