Managing a large, eager crowd is no easy task, but Becky and Lydia managed the line brilliantly—keeping everything organized, ensuring everyone stayed safe, and making sure all customers were assisted efficiently and with a smile.”
“Drove 1 hour to check this store out, first impression was how welcoming the loss prevention guy was to me and everyone that walked into the store, prices were low compared to other local stores. The only low down was ten people online to pay for their merchandise and only one cashier open, 3 other employees were working but not at the register..”

“It’s a great place when you find something you need. You are aloud to open merchandise before purchasing and test them electronically. Once purchased there are no returns because most of the merchandise is Amazon returns. I’ve found lots of great merchandise so I recommend checking it out at least once.”

“This shop is such a cute combo of boutique like items and practical items. I could get Korean snacks, home decor, make up, and cleaning supplies all in one place. I have to also give a huge shoutout to the staff who were so nice and helpful. They didn’t hesitate to stop what they were doing to help the customers. Even when they were busy stocking they would come price check items for me and others. I want to also give a shout out to Kenya. She took the time to help me check out and wrap all of my fragile items. She even price checked a bunch of items to confirm their clearance price before ringing them up. It’s a beautiful thing when you come across friendly and helpful staff.”

“I live closer to the two other Dollar Trees on S. Dale Mabry, but this one is my favorite, and I don’t mind one bit driving the extra distance to shop here! I come in for balloons at least twice a month, and the entire team is so kind incredibly kind and helpful. The store is organized and well stocked making it easy to find exactly what I need. “I love shopping at DD’s Discounts because I am able to found a lot of wonderful merchandise for my whole family. Certain stuff you just know not to buy from here. The cashier was kinda rude,She pulled the money out of my hand roughly and I didn’t appreciate that. Love the deals but the customer service could be better”

“I love this store, but I think they really need to make a change regarding the staff. The woman who works at the checkout counter—aside from having a terrible attitude—shows favoritism toward certain customers. She sets aside merchandise, labeling it as damaged, and then sells it off to her friends—the very same people for whom she bundles multiple items into a single box so they can pay the price of just one. If I were the owner, I wouldn't have her working there at all.”

“No more mildew mold smell yea!!. Housewares very overpriced. I would do a 50 pcent off sale on backroom ..and books ..and housewares. ..too crowded to browse comfortably. So happy smell of mold and mildew....is gone so I can go there again......the furniture room .......so crowded....less would move stuff quicker. Maybe a one day yardsale outside for all furniture. So it can be seen. Is it all online?”

Some miserable female went in and even went out her way to cause a riot for no reason and hurt one of them by throwing change at his face and they all handled it so well.
