“I recently had my engine and transmission replaced by this shop, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, the first engine they received from the supplier turned out to be bad. While that obviously wasn’t ideal, it was completely out of their control. What really stood out to me was how they handled the situation.
Jason communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on what was happening and what the next steps would be. As soon as the issue was identified, they moved quickly to get a replacement engine ordered and installed. I never felt left in the dark, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
Their professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness showed me they stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing major repairs done right.”
“Matt really helped me out with an absolute nightmare of an insurance claim. Carvana sold me a sour lemon and Matt was the mechanic I chose through the warranty process and boy and I glad I did! I can’t tell you how many hours this man spent on the phone dealing with the agency for me and spending time that frankly he wasn’t being paid for to petition for a full repair rather than a partial fix that they proposed. They looked at it promptly and they told me all It was was a loose oil filter and they fixed it. Nice to find a company that is honest. I'll be coming back a long time customer.. I highly recommend them 5 star. FYI if anybody has a Range Rover or a Land Rover They work on them as well. That's what brought me to them.”
