“2nd time here to have step rails and mud rails installed to Tacoma in past month. Staff always pleasant and on task. Only complaint with the business and not with them is what point of having appt if the service will not get done same day? Seems to be taking on to many services in a day and can be managed better to keep the customers coming back and feeling as their best client. Overall shout out to Carol and Charles. “Discovered a nail on the shoulder of my tire, which I knew couldn’t be plugged. Needed to get two tires to match. They took my Ranger right in, same day, and gave me a great deal on tires and labor. Waited maybe twenty minutes at most. No sales shenanigans either. Very busy place, but they find a way to get things done.”
