Loved the self service but the equipment I needed was not in the truck which caused me to have To spend more money on gas, miles and a Dolly from Home Depot. Not to mention I was still charged for the Dolly with U-Haul and I would like a refund for that plus the additional mileage that had to be used due to false advertisement.
