Wh e n I walked into the establishment, it was very clean, smelled great - but what set this facility apart from others was the level professionalism and human decency I was met with. Your team was OUTSTANDING during my move on Monday. They were efficient, professional, and handled every detail with absolute perfection. Their knowledge of the Peloton Tread+ (which had to partially disassembled & reassembled), and Peloton Bike was especially impressive! They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Shelby handled everything flawlessly, demonstrating exceptional communication and organization from my very first phone call through the completion of the move. This was by far THE BEST moving experience I’ve ever had.

And the customer service doesn’t stop once the purchase is made anything I need from Parts or questions. I can pick up the phone and call Richard on his cell phone and he answers that says something about a business. They’re not just a one and done Truck Sales they want your business for life And they sure do have it.”
“Picked up a 26’ truck here for a one way rental, Pick up was easy and timely, there was a part broken on the ramp of the truck prior to departure which the office made sure to fix before we pulled away; Truck was clean and worked well; Also a nice older gentleman did a GREAT walk through on all truck functions and how to fill fuel tank before we left - would recommend; Also 4 day rental as opposed to UHaul’s 3 day rental is an added bonus”

“I want to provide extremely positive feedback on Brent who works at the Angel Olivia Senior St location in Ybor, Tampa, FL.
Some context is that we had just endured a grueling 24 hr U-haul ride (meant to be 16 hrs) The U-haul was completely full, in the back and in the cabin, cramped with 2 cats, 2 adults, & also towing a car. We were not being able to get into my apt on the move-in day because the lease consultant said she would not stay a minute past 4, so we had to find a hotel during one of the busiest weekends in Tampa. Not fun to hear after you just pulled a few all-nighters, moving 6 large states away, and uprooting your whole life. We finally found one but then had to rush to get into the apt the very next day because the apt worker said they would not stay past 1:30.
Well we barely got to the apt in time but when we did, we got a wave into the parking lot from a U-Haul worker across the street. We pulled in and started to explain what had happened and the stress we had after pulling a few all-nighters and needing to return the truck the very next day to another location. Without hesitation, he offered us an extra day, even though we hadn’t asked directly, “oh you need an extra day? we got you”. He also made it possible for us to return the truck at that same location, so close to my apt building, without us directly doing any extra work or paperwork. He also pointed out a huge safety issue with the tow.
None of these things he had to do, let alone waving us into the parking lot. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion of moving to a brand new, beautiful city was turned into a nightmare before meeting Brent. His attitude and up beat attitude started to turn it all around. From the perspective of myself owning my own businesses, customer service, going the extra mile, and frankly just treating others like you want to be treated, you have a true A+ employee. I hope he gets the recognition and compensation he deserves because if he acts even half as well as he did on this day, on the daily, then he is invaluable and you should be immensely proud. Patrick at that location has also helped me a few times going above and beyond. Thank you Brent, Patrick, and U-haul!”
“Needed a van for a few hours to help a friend move. Gino was friendly and helpful throughout the process. To top things off, I was returning the van as he was closing up for the night when I realized I left my car keys at home. Gino DROVE ME HOME! My mind was blown. Above and beyond customer service from this place.”
“Nice people but the gas price you pay isn't always the same on the sign. Today it said 3.35 when paying with cash. I was charged 3.39. The circle k down the street is 3.25 but its often too busy to get to a pump”

“The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor.Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.”
