“The best truck rental experience I’ve ever experienced. The pick up and the drop off process was very seamless. Don was very proactive to make sure that everything was ready before my arrival. Romero was very helpful with checking me out. Even tho I had an issues with the drop off causing me to make the process take longer than expected, Romero was still quick with the processing. Whenever I need to rent another truck, I will only use this Penske location.”

“The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor.Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.”
