It's not UPS, it's TForce, I learned that from a quick trip to the supposedly UPS. I met a kind staff who told me otherwise.

Over the phone is a bit tough, but went there to pick up a freight delivery, and they were very friendly and helpful.

It is no longer UPS freight it is now TForce Freight. Also a good place to work.
