I would just like to thank all the people who worked there. Especially the lady who was interested in the nice artwork at the gentleman had. This is a long overdue thank you I have been in an accident and have brain damage. I needed to Send papers. She was a great help for doing this and helping me. Thanks everyone have a blessed day. Wish I could give these Ladies 6 stars! Elie, Vanna, and Sabrina are top tier Reps! Karissa is doing an amazing job as manager of this team! I was in the store twice in one day and both times, everyone had a beautiful disposition and the Manger Karissa even assisted a customer who was potentially being scammed by a company. She went above and beyond her role. Seriously a dope ass team at 5509!

I have been a loyal customer of this UPS store for nearly 10 years, but my recent experience has me looking for an exit. A UPS store has a few purposes, the most essential of which is sending and receiving packages. Really, at its core, you GOT ONE JOB TO DO. Yet, this store managed to fail spectacularly at that basic task.
They received my package properly—a computer I had ordered—but then gave it to another client! And if that wasn’t bad enough, they went out of their way to help load my computer into the other customer’s car. This isn’t just a careless mistake—it’s outright negligence.
To make matters worse, the staff treated me as if I were the inconvenience while they scrambled to track down the person who now had my computer. The lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling.
Over the years, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in service quality and attention to detail at this location—from massively reducing access hours to staff closing early to the notary being unavailable, and so on—but this incident takes the cake. My recommendation to anyone considering using this store: It is not worth the extra you pay over the Postal Service! Stay away!

Wow. Karissa was AMAZING! I watched her handle customer after customer. Multi tasking! She kept a positive attitude and had fabulous customer service. I was worried when I pulled up and 6 people were waiting outside but she was rocking n Rollin thru the group. Surprised she was by herself on Saturday, 3 April but no problem for her

There isn’t anything they can’t do!! P O BOX..Mail, wrapping , passport, fax, funny cards, hugs& smiles! , copies, returns, Notary, they make SIGNS, business cards & prayer cards they& send & receive our precious cargo !! We LOVE THEM!! Great staff they help with ANYTHING! Daily smiles!

Come here on average about once a week with 10 or more packages. Employees are always pleasant and customer service oriented. I love that I can also take my USPS packages here as well. It makes my shipping process a breeze. I highly recommend!
