Regina provided GREAT customer service by opening a little bit early so that I could mail my return and get to work. It was only a few minutes but those minutes are what I view as the little things that make this location a GREAT place to do business with.

Conveniently located, but bring your own tape! The cost for one strip of tape is $2! No other UPS store will charge you for tape. Along with the tape charge, you’ll also get a bonus of indignant sarcasm when asking why they charge for tape when no other UPS store does.
