The employees! Everyone there was extremely nice, and in very good spirits. That goes a long way, after a hard day at work and all you want to do is get things done (shipped). The process was simple, sure, but the service was stellar. Quick workers with endless patience for customers. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication.

She was very friendly and was able to assist me quickly. The wait time was only a few min and everything was explained as far as pricing and the date my package would arrive at it's destination. Very pleased with my experience.

Just left this place with my husband. Lana and AL helped us fully. This is the best location in Tampa to go to if you need to send anything out of state. My husband and I are from Pennsylvania, and these 2 helped us above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

On 01/05/24 I visited UPS and was very impressed with my entire experience from entering the store to leaving. I was attended to by TJ. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, give good advice, which was needed, kept smiling, throughout, serving With pleasant conversation. However, this did not slow down his performance doing his job. He appears to really love his job. The store was clean and uncluttered. I will recommend this UPS store as a good place of business. Thanks TJ for your positive attitude.

I went to The UPS Store on Fowler Avenue with two Amazon returns. They have two self-service kiosks…AMAZING. I had trouble getting my QRC to scan. I was immediately greeted by Dev who helped me fix the problem. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional and made me feel like a valued customer! I will definitely use this location for all of my future shipping needs!

Odd experience. One female employee with glasses and short hair on her sides was talking loudly about her health issues and upcoming medical procedures. Then she gave me serious attitude when they were charging me 3 dollars to simply send an email for them to print. I was going to send the email and use the service anyway but her attitude changed my mind. Will do business elsewhere. Unfortunate since the other employees were helpful.

Tommy was great. Took care of notarizing a document I had issues with elsewhere. I was really impressed by the efficiency of all 3 employees who were juggling multiple things at once, so people weren't kept waiting, even though it was busy. I liked that they helped each other as well as the customers. All were very professional, yet personable and friendly. They worked in tandem, like a well oiled machine. Will definitely make this my go to store.

Had a simple pre-printed UPS drop off, and the box I was shipping in was sturdy, but had some crossed-out writing on it. Employees wouldn't take it because it was not a "shippable container". Probably a ploy to make me buy an over-priced box, and use their over-priced printing service to print another tag. Went to the drop point at CVS down the street, and they took the package with 0 ISSUES. Walgreens: 1, UPS Store 0.

This store is the cleanest and most professional UPS I’ve ever been in. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. They assist each other as well as their customers.

This used to be a great store before it changed owners. We always did our Amazon returns there. However, now the employees have "been trained" to tell customers that all amazon returns must be packaged up, regardless of whether the actual Amazon return says "no box or label" needed. My husband did this 2 different times and had 2 different employees who upsold him packaging while in the store. I just sent him this morning with two more returns but told him to show them where it says no box or label needed. Didn't matter....the employee said he couldn't take the return if it wasn't packaged so my husband left. We won't be going back.

If you are going to print personal documents, please go somewhere else. I was asked to share this personal document, which is fine, obviously because I need to email the document for them to print. But then the gentleman asked me what this was about. It took me a few moments to answer because it was very private, and I did not expect him to ask that question I feel violated as I’m sure a copy was retained but not only that what makes you feel that you have the right to ask me any questions about some thing I’m printing?! I print often some private, some public but never had this experience. I guess it’s time to invest in a printer.
