My husband and I have a private mail box at this store on Dale Mabry in Carrollwood for both personal and business use and visit the store several times a week for everything from Amazon Returns, express shipments and routine packages/envelopes. Vimala and her husband are a rare breed in today's impersonal and impatient service environment. They are patient, kind, efficient and actually take the time to understand what you need and treat you with respect. The staff people always greet you with a smile and are also respectful, don't turn over often and have been well trained. Eric, Cameron and Brice are consistently pleasant and helpful in assisting with the little things such as providing a copy if needed, knowing the correct box/envelope, charges, form instructions, etc. without rushing you. This is important because there are a lot of seniors in the area who may need more patience in certain areas. There are dozens of options of places to use in this area when sending packages including the USPS. While one might save a few dollars elsewhere, depending on the service, we feel that the extra care and professionalism at this particular store and convenience of the variety of offerings and options they carry, make this location our 'go to' shipper for all of our needs in the Carrollwood/Tampa area.

The store hours posted on the website and on the door says they’re open at 08:30. It’s 08:45 and they are closed. So frustrating.

Went to get a paper notarized it was 35 minutes before closing, the clerk tells me he has to attend the other customer before he could notarize my documents I said, ok.
Waited 15 minutes and then tells me that I should have been come earlier he is not going to give me the stamp.
Why make me wait 15 minutes for nothing, went to the Amscot 5 minutes from there, had no issues awesome people.

I dropped off a package at this location with happy returns! They scanned the barcode and there has been no updates on my package! Immediately when the barcode is scanned you get an email! I haven't received any updates and when I called the store I was returning the items to they have no updates on a return ever being made. I called this UPS store and asked if I give you the barcode that was scanned can you tell me what happened to my return and of course they said no we can't! Well I know the store has cameras and I will take this as far as possible because this is my money on the line!

I absolutely enjoy what to some may feel is a chore and that is going to my local UPS store. This location is always clean and the care is felt as soon as you walk in! Victor is a Blessing, full of joy, he is friendly, super efficient, and goes above & beyond with each guest. I have been in and unsure of what I am doing/needing either with a return or if sending a package overnight. He asked all the needed questions while also being sure to advise of all options. I appreciate YOU!!!

Worst location and customer service.Dropped a package off Saturday for OVERNIGHT shipping (UPS site says they complete this). It is now Monday 1pm and no package has been delivered yet I was charged about $100 to overnight prescription medicine that has STILL not arrived. I call this store, explain the situation and that I want a refund. I’ve obviously not received this package by the time I needed it. I’m placed on hold for about 15 mins before they hang up. I’ve been dialing to get back in touch with someone so I can received a refund. I’ve called 5X with no answer.Trash.
