They do not carry any UPS boxes for shipping and try to make you purchase boxes and then when you ask them to order in boxes, they will not do it. This is the only UPS location I’ve been to that does not have UPS boxes available.

Rachel was an amazing amazing help. She went above and beyond to help me today, and was genuinely the nicest UPS worker I’ve ever met. She is so kind & caring. Please give Rachel the recognition she deserves for her hard work!!! I would come back just for Rachel’s superb customer service.
