Im not sure about the other reviews, but i was in the parking lot with a prepaid package and gave it to one of the workers walking out. He took my package in for me and it shipped like normal.

Pray you don't have to go to the annex. Hard to find anyone to help you and employees don't want to be bothered by you looking for your missing package.
