She responded immediately to my inquiry and when I finally made it in to visit the showroom she handed me the keys to the vehicle and made herself available if I had any questions….she was no pressure at all! She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and presented the numbers in a very transparent manner. There was no fast or double talking.
I kept saying to her…”wait a minute, this is too easy”. But THIS is how you want your car buying experience to be…no pressure, transparent, with an easy/simple application process.

“I recently bought a Freightliner MT45 from Joel, for a food truck conversion. From start to finish the process was so smooth. Now here is why this is a solid dealership, and a stand up guy to do business with, right after I bought the truck I took it to my mechanic, it turned out to have a coulple issues that needed attention.
I let Joel know what was going on with the truck, within 2 hours he had the truck picked up and taken to his mechanic for the repairs at no cost to me. These are good people to deal with. If you are in the market for a commercial vehicle, this is the place to go. If he doesn't have it, he will find it for you!”
