I have no idea what has happened to this location over the last several years but it has gone downhill. I don't have a problem with the employees, although several of the old timers have left/retired in the last year or so, most of the staff is friendly (considering the rude and entitled behavior I have watched them deal with that is impressive in and of itself). However what actually happens to the mail here is a complete mystery. Twice in thirty days I sent envelopes from Tampa to Tampa with tracking and twice, despite being told it was a two day delivery, those items have taken a week to arrive (and these were not sent during Holiday weeks/weekends). Hope they get it figured out.

It’s wild how they only ever have 1 person working and it’s always the world’s most miserable person. Dude with the long hair working took his time to flirt with a woman, but any other customer that came up he was extremely rude and pushy, and when I came up he clearly didn’t agree with a shirt I was wearing and treated me horribly, keep your opinions to yourself and do your job that our taxes pay for, it’s not hard to be a decent person. Not coming back to this location even though all locations are horribly managed

First off, the guy behind the counter had the worst customer service. He also gave me the wrong information for sending my package. I was sending vinyl albums and said I wanted to send media mail. He asked , are they books? I said no, vinyl albums and he told me they aren't media mail.

Staff was rude and very unhelpful. I’ve had my mail returned to other post office locations before and they held it for 5 days. This location claims they don’t hold mail when its returned so my packages and birthday cards are now gone.

Paid $28.75 for Express 1 Day on a Tuesday at 8:30 AM for a critically important letter. Tracking on Thursday showed it had shipped out of this office Wednesday night at 7:00 PM and had not been delivered. Supervisor said it was in Ohio and showed it MIGHT be delivered "today" (Thursday). I asked for my money back since the receipt said "Money Back Guarantee". He just shook his head and said he could not give it to me because it would be delivered "today". I told him I paid for 1 day and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday and he looked at me straight in the eyes and said "Well, then they should not have told you that". Honestly, did not know whether to laugh or get angry. Drove over to PO on Church and they apologized for the late delivery and gave me my money back. I know he couldn't care less because he would rather just sit around all day and do nothing, but I will never be back.

I just received the worst service ever Rude & unprofessional 100%. It is incredible how the attitude of 1 employee can affect the whole crew and system. It looks like they don't like the job, they do not handle the packages with care. It is very simple, if you don't like the job, clock out and GO find another one.

This is the worst USPS organization that I have EVER worked with. Though the staff is friendly and seems to know everything that I ask, they know nothing of the organization: e.g.:1. A notice was deposited in my mailbox for a parcel, a certified piece of mail which I was to pick up at the post office. They couldn't find it; they looked all over. I came back 3 times looking for it, and they never did find it. HOW RIDICULOUS! What Post Office DOESN'T have a specific place where they keep certified mail?2. I left my key in the lock of my P.O. Box. When I came back, it was not there. I asked the person at the desk about it. He said that he hadn't received a key. He asked the person next to him, who had been working on the PO Boxes, and they didn't remember anything about a key. But, they didn't look anywhere for it. HOW RIDICULOUS! What public place DOESN'T have a place where they keep lost and found items?

Rude and unprofessional these clowns have zero knowledge. I can’t believe they allow incompetent people run this facility , probably the worst usps in Florida. Horrible human beings they all deserve to be fired.

Guy at the counter was great. He saw to where I was shipping the package and found a cheaper option. He saved me 40% and the package will arrive on the same day

Worst service from this office's supervisor and their 800# customers service Patrica. I get emailed daily showing me pictures of what is coming, today 6 pieces. I got mail from 2 houses down and none of mine. Drove to the office spoke with supervisor who basically said you can't count on that email and to allow a few days to be delivered. I told him I was concerned that if I got someone else's mail then someone would have mine. Both him and Patrica said I have to wait! Terrible service and I hope that bill doesn't go past due since this is my father n laws bill while he us out of the country .

Frequently miss days of mail delivery. Packages and mail are not delivered when they are supposed to be. Packages are not picked up to be delivered.
