Shanteal was working by herself on an extremely busy Saturday morning. She remained polite and courteous and took care of everyone in a timely manner. Understaffed post office but she handled it like a pro!

I have been very impressed with the service at the Interbay location. The responsiveness and attention with a missing package was great! Michelle went above and beyond to help me track down the missing packages.
