I experienced great difficulty receiving my “free” upgrades. I was charged for 8 months BUT Kevin M. Provided the BEST customer service. He finally was able to get Verizon to refund the charges. He is a huge asset to Verizon!!!

Casey was unbelievably helpful during my recent iPhone purchase and activation process! He was so patient, explained the process, and stayed on the phone with me while we fixed my problem!
