“I came by today and and they helped my fix my Motorola phone that would not charge or hold a charge. They had it fixed super fast in about 30 minutes they had my phone charging. I will definitely be back here they are very close in tampa on east fowler ave next to the Starbucks and csl plasma. They buy sell trade and unlock and have a big variety of phones for sale from iPhones to Samsung and Motorola's”

“So, these phone companies are no different than Airlines… you can say, this one is terrible, I’ll never… but the fact is we need this stupid devices to run our lives. Yesterday I was a 20+ yr ATT customer and have had an iPhone since the 1st day they went public19+ yrs… but ATT has become to detached from their customers and frankly do not value loyalty. Mercedes and the team at International Plaza provided a rarity these days, Customer Service with solid knowledge and experience coupled with a good promotion, earned my Personal and Business accounts and I recommend, if you’re tired of the run around on the phone or worse, going to an in person store only to have the rep pick-up the phone and go through a menu tree, I recommend you see her team and have them guide through the process and see it through to the end! Kudos to Mer and the team! Just walk through Dick sporting Good to enter the mall and there are right there on the left. Mahalos for your professionalism and assistance. 🤙🏼”

“Probably the best mom and pop store that can represent small business in America. This is a vet and wife run shop....so right there is reason enough to support the place. Also....they are human. They guy picked up the phone just after 6pm when they close.....I'm a pilot on a short layover and was super screwed with company contacts etc. Charging port and broken screen. He waited for me to run the half mile to the store and did it super fast. I mean fast! Amazing service nothing sketch. Good salt of the earth people. They dont run businesses like this anymore. Walking in there I felt like I was going over to have a buddy get me out of a pickle and he did. The actual handyman electronics work was great. He's well educated and skilled and unlike some of the mobile shops where ya never know if they are swapping batteries etc...this fella did it all there in his tidy lab. There are several other places in the near area....I'm telling ya....skip em. Ya can't go wrong here. So far the repair is holding up well. Like new. Something tells me he stands behind his work if there was a glitch from it. Gentleman's understanding vibe here. X marines have credibility- thanks for the service guy ???”
