“Love BodyHealth! The Vanilla Power Meal and Perfect Amino have saved me for the last few months! I recently developed so many allergies due to MCAS-type illness that there are very few things I can eat. Was in the hospital for 5 days for malnutrition, and this was the only thing that got me able to eat again. Searched high and low for a type of protein powder/meal replacement I could tolerate, and this one has clean, nutrient dense ingredients that have helped balance out a very restricted diet.
Plus tastes great, too! Really good if blended together with water/coconut water, ice, and a little maple syrup. Chocolate flavor is good as well. The Perfect Amino, at least the unflavored, stevia-free version that I tolerate, does taste better when added to the Power Meal. (The flavored versions taste fine, and actually add to the Power Meal, if you tolerate stevia).
I have been very pleased with the service so far as well! I was missing part of an order, (only one out of many the last few months) but Bekah in customer service was an angel!! Very responsive and courteous, helped solve my problem with patience, did not quit until it was fully resolved.
Really appreciate that the company is U.S. based and do military discounts as well.

They don’t just take an order—they’ll ask what you’re training for (fat loss, muscle gain, recovery, energy) and then recommend a smoothie/protein option that matches, which saves a lot of trial-and-error (and wasted money) compared to guessing online. “Our Marley is 14 years old and she has problems with her hips and knees. Basically she would need them replaced though the vet recommended not to do it due to her age, since four operations would be too much for her.I did some research for treatment options and came across CBD oils for dogs. Just after two days adding the CBD oil from Plants not Pills to her food we saw some great improvements for her ability to move around. After two weeks with Calmation it felt like Marley was back to her old ways of playing around and fetching balls.I couldn’t recommend Calmation more to any dog owner with an aging dog.
