Walgreens is a place to refill prescriptions and shop for health and beauty products. The general store clerks are very friendly and polite. However, the pharmacy service receives mixed reviews. Some customers report no problems and find the pharmacy workers to be kind, patient, and hard-working heroes who multi-task the best they can despite being extremely busy. They handle customers at the drive-through, on the internet, on the phone, and in the store. Other customers describe the pharmacy as a headache, stating there is no human way to communicate with it as they barely answer calls. There are reported dilemmas with prescription medications, including errors and communication issues where promised callback to rectify problems never come, causing needed medication to be delayed. These customers feel the pharmacy staff may not have much time to work properly. Poor management in the pharmacy - as other reviewer's have indicated, they put you on hold, then answer and instantly re-initiate hold in 5 minute cycles.

Horrible experience ,horrible customer service ,took me 20min of being on hold while calling the pharmacy for someone to answer me with a horrible sense of customer service in addition to that ,everyone assumes that all customers are Spanish speakers,please look for a mother pharmacy
