Some customers report no problems and find the pharmacy workers to be kind, patient, and hard-working heroes who multi-task the best they can despite being extremely busy. They handle customers at the drive-through, on the internet, on the phone, and in the store. Other customers describe the pharmacy as a headache, stating there is no human way to communicate with it as they barely answer calls. There are reported dilemmas with prescription medications, including errors and communication issues where promised callback to rectify problems never come, causing needed medication to be delayed. These customers feel the pharmacy staff may not have much time to work properly. Overall, while the store staff is praised, the pharmacy experience varies significantly, requiring patience from customers.
