Walked in and banker was sitting on his phone at his desk. He was not interested in helping us. Came back next day, same demeanor. No thanks.

If I could give the counter manager a zero like she did for me with damaged notes that could've been changed at other banks and she barely looked at them.

Six drive-thru lanes. None open. Being used as a shady place for employees to park. Inside, there are all kinds of people sitting in their offices looking at computer screens while the line is long for a couple tellers. Lots of Wells Fargo branches closing, hooefully this one is next.
