I had a confirmed appointment through the app, yet Gabriela Ramirez refused to assist me and told me to schedule another appointment instead. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer’s time. Terrible service. I do not recommend this branch.

Incompetent and zero help. Told us they don’t do car loans anymore when we literally currently have a car loan with Wells…. So I guess we’ll be getting a new loan elsewhere.
