I had a couple of issue that needed resolving asap, and the branch on W. Hillsborough gave me the usual runaround. I made an appointment at the West Waters branch, and the banker there, Laura Acosta, was extremely hepful, patient, and persistent. She straightened out my situation and deserves five stars.

The service inside the bank was very good, super ? pleasant, I don't give it 5 stars because of the ATMs where it is difficult to deposit before 7 am, if it weren't for that I would give it 5 ?
