“Update - Management reached out to me and apologized that the delivery options were not totally explained out to me at time of purchase as they should of been. He did say that there are now signs at each desk that clearly explain the different delivery options clearly to prevent any confusion. He also gave us a discount on the purchase due to the troubles we experienced which was definitely a sign of taking responsibility at the corporate level and improving customer satisfaction.
We are pleased with our purchase and would use Mattress Firm again.

Purchase was great, lots of selection. We were told by the salesman that they do free delivery and pick up your old mattress as part of the purchase. We found out this was untrue after I received a text the day of delivery that informed me that it was a contact less delivery, meaning they just drop it off outside your door. They don't bring it inside, set it up nor take away the old mattress. I called the store after receiving the message and told them what I was told and that it was unacceptable that a brand new mattress would be left out in the pouring rain. I have a truck and would of handle the delivery myself but was told that wasn't necessary with the free delivery service. The store did go out of the way to contact the contracted trucking service and they did put it literally just inside the door. I feel the miscommunication and extra worry of a brand new mattress getting ruined sitting out in the rain all day was a detriment to a other wise enjoyable purchase experience”
