“I saw a great deal on a matress online but wanted to try it out before purchasing. I was warmely greeted by Christine sitting at the desk as I entered. After inquiring about the sale item, she explained it was a clearance item and unfortunately already sold out in this area, showing me online how I could verify this. Christine was fanstsitc. She asked me questions to assess both my budget and needs and then showed me several options that met what I needed. After showing interest in a mattress that was only slightly higher than the clearance item, as a repeat customer, she offered me a bundle that included the box springs at no extra charge to close the deal. I was already late for another appointment and asked if I came back would she still honor the deal. She would but was not in until the day after. After finishing my other appointments, I was ten minutes away from the store before it closed. I called and asked Christine if she would be willing to wait so we could finalize the purchase today. She said to come on over. I arrived a minute after closing and Christine was waiting for me. She quickly process the transaction and, observing I was disabled, offered free delivery and set-up. Christine went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service.

I received reminder notices about the scheduled delivery. Gabriel and another man arrived as promised and set-up the box springs and mattress on my awaiting bed frame. Both men were professional and friendly.

This entire transaction was so easy and unlike so many other places, there was no pressure, no nasty upsell tactics, delays or delivery issues. Instead I received outstanding service, a quality mattress at a fair price, and on-time delivery and set-up. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location. I suggest you ask for Christine!”
