“Once upon a time we expected good customer service as the norm. Now it is the exception and often feels like we are inconveniencing the staff when we ask questions. Today I met Kim at Ace Hardware Tarpon Springs. She helped me with the questions I had and when they didn't have that product in stock, she took the time to find it at the Dunedin location and even called to confirm and had them hold it for me. Thank you Kim for the great customer experience!!!”
“This store was a great shop for dog supplies. We bought a seat belt to plug into the seat belt connector and the adjustable belt attaches to the dog's harness ring. Staff was warm and inviting, found a treat for my dog and I even got to sample a dog treat. So glad we found this store. Thanks for such great customer service.”
“Amazing. When I was younger my dads office was close yet a little far and had to walk here sometimes just for the fun of it cause what else dose a 8 year old do at an office and so I went almost everytime I was with my dad at work or we drove past to go the dent and the people who work here never EVER said anything rude (I buy here almost every couple of months) I have gotten snails fish spiders crawfish EVERYTHING from them also it is a little dirty on the ground but who. Can. Blame. Them! They work all day to keep things clean! Imagine for a couple of hours having to clean this amazing store over and over cause some tank spills a little! Thank you to the owner of the store and workers”
