10/2022 - Within minutes of making an online reservation, Jim reached out to me and when I asked if I could view the unit first, he encouraged me to stop by anytime. He also communicated the pertinent details in a friendly way.

I stopped in to see the unit a few hours later. Jim showed me the storage unit as well as another available. I decided to take the one I'd reserved. Jim had me checked out with all of the paperwork, information, access, and app setup in a matter of minutes. Super efficient and super attitude! Thanks, Jim!”

Kimberly went above and beyond for myself and my kids when she didn’t know us from Adam, she literally save my children from a lot of heartache and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we were actually an inconvenience to her. It just goes to show that there are people out there that are selfless and kind she literally has to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. There is not enough words I can say to show her how grateful I am for what she did!!
