βThe black cake was the inspiration and the white one was the product. My family accidentally messed up the top by the happy birthday but the whole cake turned out so pretty and spot on. It also tasted so good, it was my first time getting a cake from Publix and the girl helping me was so nice and helpful. I ended up wanting to change my flavor so I called and even the guy on the phone was sweet and didnβt give me a hard time or anything. 10/10 experience and good location.β

βPublix has one of the best remaining seafood counters to be found in a grocery store. While it still pales against an actual seafood store, it is the best alternative when necessary.β
βThis place is a great little market to get amazing fruits, the key-lime cookies are delicious, flavored butters are great, a variety of drinks and other stuff. We always go back for their boiled peanuts. The owners are super friendly, helpful and welcome everyone in.β

βI love all the food and everything about this wonderful store. I feel safer eating Aldi's food than any other store. And one of the other best features about Aldi's is that they don't lock their bathroom doors up. When people are running up and down isles and have to pee it's nice to know that you don't have to go find a key and piss your pants trying!! When women especially get to a certain age we cannot hold our pee as long as the Young folks. So thank you Aldi's for being humane and decent!β

βEver since I moved to this area and started using this Publix pharmacy I have had themost professional and friendly helpful servicefrom every pharmacy employee but the onewho tops the list is Amelia. I always look for her first. She goes above and beyondto be helpful. She is lovely.Unfortunately, today I experienced the most unpleasant, nasty treatment by Taylor. I wonβt go into detail but I never want to interact with her again. Maybe she is insecure and enjoysfeeling powerful. In the future, I will avoid her if at all possible.β
βLove Joni in the deli .. she is always there in the mornings and is always very pleasant and helpful . Always great to see her when I pull up for something to eat for the day .β
βMy favorite Publix that I have visited ever!!! All Publix are generally clean well managed with friendly and helpful staff...yet somehow this one excels above the rest! The layout and variety of items makes finishing one's shopping list less of a chore and more of a pleasure and I have never loved going to the grocery store more than i do when coming here for my every need!β

βI wouldnβt go to any other pharmacy. In fact, when I moved out a Westchase I kept them as my pharmacy. Staff is personable, knowledgeable, reliable and accommodating. Feels like a hometown pharmacy. I appreciate them all! Worth the drive.β

βToday i had the greatest of experiences at the deli! Publix discontinued some items and changed their hotcase times here to close the case at 7pm. Even with the case down and counts already made this wonderful lady by the name of Beverley went so above and beyond of what anyone would expect! She stopped what she was doing to go on a hunt for and with me for an item i needed for our supper and found the perfect size and flavor we needed. Even had to get to the very top of shelves to find it. When i say greatest experience at Publix Im not joking one bit. Beverly and the whole deli team were magnificent. But Miss Beverley was just superb! Her laugh was contagious, smile infectious and her overall attitude was a pure blessing. I would come back to this store over and over just to say hello and thank you to this best employee this store has. I truly hope her managers realize how great an employee she is. Thank God there are nice people like Beverly in the world todayβ

βI have been using this pharmacy at Riviera Plaza Publix for a few years now and honestly it's the best I've found in the area. I haven't had any issues and they're quick to advise when they are out of a medication or something needs to be fixed.
I also used them back when my cat Merlin (RIP) had to get an expensive inhaler and they were so kind about it all, always asking how he was doing and were really interested in the technique I used to give it to him (AeroKat). Just a really great staff that is helpful and competent!β

βExcellence is what they have achieved at this place the first place they had I stopped going due to the fact that food was not cooked out well overcooked or sometimes undercooked this new place they got everything is fresh the place is Big they're very friendly it looks like a whole new management staff in order to find this place you must look where the old salvation army drop off spot used to be it's in the most odd place that you can think of there is a sign in front which house you must look to the end of the parking lot to find them the sign says open in flashingβ

βThis is my local publix and I absolutely love shopping here. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. From Karen, Marcella, Michelle, Amanda, and many others in Deli who have helped us over the years, to the bakery who always makes sure we have a fresh cake for our anniversary, to the cashiers up front like Marlee. (Sorry I know I'm forgetting so many names). I've been in customer service for 17 years and just want to say thank you for always being amazing!β
βOverall this Publix is good, always has stock, and the employees are very friendly. The only thing is when doing online orders for deli, they tend to not even care what you put in for. Ask for a 1/2 pound, you are getting a whole pound. Ask for thin cut cheese, it's regular cut. So they really need to pay more attention to the online orders. Hopefully they actually view their reviews and can do better in the deli department.β
