“I've never given a publix review bc the stores are great. However, at this location the associate Carter was such a beyond and above experience. Helped me find what I needed, and so sweet to myself and my son , thank you Carter!”
“What can be said that hasn't been said about Publix already. Clean store overly helpful staff. If your looking for something you can't find in other stores you can usually find it at Publix.”
“This store has some of the nicest customer service people and at self checkout. I always leave on a positive note. No one is ever rude or seems angry to be there as some other larger stores can be. I never leave feeling aggravated or ignored. Their bakery also is wonderful. Calypso cookies are my favorite there!”

“Ok. Only complaints are parking and the the handicap electric carts will sometimes just quit, not from a battery, but from a faulty switch in the seat I think. I had one stop on me smack in the middle of the road. Staff is friendly.”

“Jennifer the manager, and Bonnie always handle customers with professionalism when I'm in their store. This is by far my favorite Publix. They work hard and seem to have great team work and great energy.”
“This place is a great little market to get amazing fruits, the key-lime cookies are delicious, flavored butters are great, a variety of drinks and other stuff. We always go back for their boiled peanuts. The owners are super friendly, helpful and welcome everyone in.”

“This is a nice, clean, and inviting store to shop. They had everything we needed, including fresh produce, a deli and sandwich bar, and everything else you expect from a really nice Publix. I actually made the drive to this one after a not so great experience at another location. Totally worth the extra miles!”

“For some reason, Publix in Connertton does not have a good selection, maybe due to it's small square footage. This publix was much larger, with a great selection. Reminding me of the Publix on Collier Blvd. I'm always amazed at the friendliness of publix employees. Always helpful going the extra mile for their customers. This store was no exception, the customer experience is very pleasant. And the stores are always clean.”
“Just had a store-wide issue with the registers (couldn't read credit cards for multiple people), but Jay and Nate did their best to make sure I was able to leave with my groceries and not feel embarrassed. Solid dudes. We already love Aldi, but they made it feel a little more welcoming.”
“Ideal shopping. If you are not able to locate an item. Ask any associate, they will take you direcly to your product. Unlike other stores whose employees just point or send you to aisle 4. Customer services is outstanding.”

“Store is always clean and stocked nice. Cashiers and stockers are very helpful. Good backery and meat service.
Got some catering done there recently and it came out great. Definitely order desserts there!!! Great graduation dessert!”
“My and my friend Ryan, visited the Publix Liquor today and met the clerk, Ryan. He was knowlegeable, friendly very helpful to us in picking the correct products. We chatted about rums and bourbons. What a great guy. Even though I live in Safety Harbor, I’ll be skipping the other Publix liquor stores closer to my house in favor of this store, just because of Ryan. He is a true asset to the company. I hope the corporation realizes this and retains Ryan for years to come.”

“She told me her name was Natalie...she was stocking the shelves. I asked her where the pineapples in a jar were. (I wanted to make the viral tik-tok koolaide pineapples) She stopped what she was doing and walked me over to where the pineapples were and then also showed me where the drink mixes were. Above and beyond costumer service!!! A wonderful representative of your grocery store.”

“I come to this particular store because the people who work here are so nice. I dont think we give enough compliments in this world and the employees at this Publix need.to know that I appreciate them for just doing their jobs and smiling and helping me when I need it. Thank you”
“Dee was phenomenal at the Sandwich counter on 8/24. She was super friendly, made our sandwiches EXACTLY how we wanted and even let us try some sauces we’ve never tried. Her recommendations were A1 and we had a wonderful experience. If you ever run in to Dee, show her some love!!! Wonderful employee!!”

“Excellence is what they have achieved at this place the first place they had I stopped going due to the fact that food was not cooked out well overcooked or sometimes undercooked this new place they got everything is fresh the place is Big they're very friendly it looks like a whole new management staff in order to find this place you must look where the old salvation army drop off spot used to be it's in the most odd place that you can think of there is a sign in front which house you must look to the end of the parking lot to find them the sign says open in flashing”
“Had a wonderful experience with Peter today. It’s not often I’ve had a pharmacy go above and beyond to get a prescription filled but he did just that. I greatly appreciated the customer service and highly recommend this pharmacy”
“Ever since I moved to this area and started using this Publix pharmacy I have had themost professional and friendly helpful servicefrom every pharmacy employee but the onewho tops the list is Amelia. I always look for her first. She goes above and beyondto be helpful. She is lovely.Unfortunately, today I experienced the most unpleasant, nasty treatment by Taylor. I won’t go into detail but I never want to interact with her again. Maybe she is insecure and enjoysfeeling powerful. In the future, I will avoid her if at all possible.”

“These wonderful people at Publix. Can’t say enough positive here. I - foolishly - left my phone in the shopping cart. Realized it after close and luckily the manager and staff were up front. The manager stopped his closing activities to help me locate and retrieve my phone. A small act of kindness here turns into me considering Publix above all others. This small act of kindness was huge for me and I thank you Publix staff for all you do.”

“Everyone was super friendly. The package of water we had was leaking the cashier immediately noticed and sent someone to get a replacement. No waiting just solutions. Love it.”
“The pharmacists here and staff are the best. Always professional and considerate of other customers around when asking address etc info., which I greatly appreciate. They will always try to help with any issues to make sure you get what you need.”
“I have been using this pharmacy at Riviera Plaza Publix for a few years now and honestly it's the best I've found in the area. I haven't had any issues and they're quick to advise when they are out of a medication or something needs to be fixed.
I also used them back when my cat Merlin (RIP) had to get an expensive inhaler and they were so kind about it all, always asking how he was doing and were really interested in the technique I used to give it to him (AeroKat). Just a really great staff that is helpful and competent!”

“I really want to shout out the store manager Will, a couple of weeks back I noticed a lady had dropped fruits on the floor ( it was a mess and someone could've trip on that) I saw Will and mentioned about it and offered to help clean, he immediately jump tonthe area and when I looked he was just picking everything up with bare hands and I said Sr I help you and he said I got it. I just want to say not a lot of managers would've act the same way. He really took care of it without hesitate. Thank you.”
